Hotel achieved our objective of...

Liked: Conveniently located, reasonably priced, very friendly, helpful and respectful staff, free parking, breakfast included. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Air condition worked very well, easy to adjust temperature.
Disliked: Bathroom needs upgrade, especially bathtub, bathtub wall, and noisy exhaust fan.

Great besides the broken shower...

Liked: Convenient location, several dining options. 20-25 minutes from the beach.
Disliked: The shower rod was coming out of the wall. It fell on my sister. There was no concern for her well being. The front desk knew this happened. Maintenance had to come reinstall the shower rod that night.

Wasn’t pleased with room at...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was very unpleasant. Couldn’t close blackout curtains. Curtain had some foreign stuff on it (I have photos) Mattresses had foreign stuff on them also. (I have photos) and there evidence of black mold on ceiling.(I have photos of that. If I was rating the room alone it would be a 3 out of 10!

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was good. Enjoyed making use of the self-serve waffle-maker.

Passable

Disliked: We booked for 10 people. The employee gave us 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, so for 8, without saying anything when she gave us the keys. We went to see her and she said the AC in the big room is broken and we are full so I don't have any solution. I requested to see the manager, she called and after 45 minutes we had a room for 6!The breakfast room is too small for all the customers. We had to wait to sit.

Liked: The breakfast. Was good, the room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great also.
Disliked: Well, the recechinese when we were checking out. Told my wife that we would get a refund of a 100 and summer dollars because of the damages in the room. And so far we have not heard anything or received, said refund. That is my only complaint

Not a good choice

Liked: A/c got nice and cold at room 305. Pool was a bonus
Disliked: One queen bed wad so wore out that you could see the hole/valley. There was a drugged out person acting like they were cleaning the walls on our floor or they were making shadows on the wall. Our smoke detector went off several times. I think the shower steam set it off. Hotel staff didn't even care or knew. Breakfast selection was poor. There are quite a bit of homeless people within 1 mile of hotel.
