Liked: The front desk associate was pleasant he tried his best to accommodate us after we found bed bugs in our room
Disliked: We didnt stay because we found bed bugs in our room,they was doing the cha'chi slide around the seams of the mattresses.The associate was pleasant but he ccouldn't help us get a refund because of hotel policy and us booking thru booking.com 🙃 its shame he tried but who would wanna stay if you keep finding bugs in each room.Horrible I wouldn't recommend homeless people to sleep there and its a shame me and my 2 kids and husband had drive 8 hours back home.Id rather sleep in my car then to stay at this hotel location.Its sad and a shame so they must have people spam there ratings cough* cough* how you got bed bugs out the wild zoo with those type of ratings booking.com and Google and thr hotel should be ashamed
