Katie at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. She ordered a cab and made sure everything was alright. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: I’d like to credit the evening check-in staffer, Audra M. for the great experience here. She is always such a positive person, and enjoyable to chat with. I stay here about 3 times a year, and she remembers me each time. It feels nice to be recognized, and makes the experience more homey. The beds are so comfortable! Exactly what I’m used to at home. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location great. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: I didn’t like was the lighting not very bright except the bathroom light was a little better. The bathroom only had a small table instead of a vanity.

Disliked: We had cancelled one room with 2 full beds, which you the 3rd party did not communicate with comfort Inn and suites, however I took photos of our cancellation regarding the room with the full sz beds.We only used 1 room with double queens.

Exceptional

Smoky smell, and not great...

Liked: They have a pool which is great, but it’s very cold and in the shade during the hottest part of the day.
Disliked: The rooms smell. It smells like smoke and they tried to deodorize the room while we weee gone, but it just masks the smoke smell and it comes back. The closest smelt the worst, then bathrooms, then rooms. It says it’s newly remodeled but that is the lobby and breakfast area, not the rooms. The breakfast area is not very family friendly with only one bar area and one larger table to sit at.
