Katie at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. She ordered a cab and made sure everything was alright. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Customer service.
Disliked: Breakfast options for those who sleep late.

Very good

A nice place to stay,...

Liked: Located conveniently in the downtown, just off the freeway. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was very satisfying.
Disliked: For some reason, our gps directed us off the freeway at the right exit, but then turned us in the wrong direction before telling us we had arrived at our destination. We had not, and had a hard time finding it, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

Pretty decent.

Liked: Property was in a quiet part of town close to attractions. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly enough. The pool is nice and the exercise room is small but well equipped for basic exercise sessions.
Disliked: Vending machines could have better options, some of the sheets had an odd stain or two.

Uneventful, overcrowded room

Liked: Breakfast was ok, eggs, sausage good. Layout of Breakfast food items is not very thought out.
Disliked: Because of long narrow room used for breakfast, difficult to get food. Minimal tables to eat at.

Liked: Clean, great breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit,the works. Accommodating considering we had to book them last minute due to an issue at another hotel. They even put us on the 4th floor so we could have quiet :)

Great location and comfort!

Liked: The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was located where we could walk to the river or to the fort. There are shops, cafes etc in the general area and a restaurant in the parking lot.
Disliked: The bugs in the room. Found a fisher in our bed that we gave to the front desk because where there is one there is more. The noise was outrageous so maybe regulating quiet time would be good because we were up all night with the people next to us yelling, pounding on the floor and walls. But that was the only thing we can say negative because it was a great place and we will be back.
