Liked: I like the selection of coffee and teas.
Disliked: The walls were scuffed and stained, even the ceiling had brown stains. The lamps shades had holes and rips in them.

Liked: the continental breakfast was fine.
Disliked: the room was "tired"-needs alot of touch up paint but mostly the issue was the Air Conditioning didn't work and the very small window did little to eleviate the heat.

Disliked: I was over charged for my stay my grandkids were horribly bad and I only stayed 2,nites but they charged me for three nites because I had a late check out only an hour over past my stay and I got charged for 3,nites and you guys told me my stay would be $13oo and done dollars but when I arrived the staff there charged me $1600 and some dollarsSo all I was refunded was one nite my damage deposit . So I wAs supposed be charged $1309 some dollars I was charged ,$1600 and some dollars I only stayed 2,nites checked out early cause my grandkids were bad so I paid ,$1200 for my stay there for only two nite I only received back $400 back not only that but I still have to re check my nbiks n statements because I'm missing alot of my money from a few tlplaces might have charged me double

Decent place, clean, exceptional staff!

Liked: The room was clean, cool and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep. The hot tub was AMAZING, though it could have been in a bit better shape and a bit cleaner. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very gracious and patient with me while I dealt with a little oopsie on my part. They handled it so well.
Disliked: I personally find the deposit $ if you pay debit or cash to be outrageous, but I do understand where they're coming from. I would've liked to see the hot tub in better shape and cleaner. And perhaps more fruit options at breakfast.
