Liked: Front desk was very nice. Easy to check in
Disliked: The parking lot was hard to get in and out of and thr parking spaces we pretty small.

Gold Star free breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was great! Little packets of Nutella, peanut butter, salsa. Just lots of thoughtful little touches. The staff were helpful and worked hard.

It was pleasant. Very nice...

Liked: The facility is very nice and what we expected. Great location, quiet. Well kept up. The staff was great, especially the night staff. Friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The first night we were disappointed. It looked like furniture was missing in our king bed suite. Only one chair and that was the desk chair. NO LUGGAGE RACKS!, The dispensers in the shower were all empty. We had two TVs. One did not work. The other did not display the TV guide. We reported that and the TVs were fixed on our last night. The cable TV provider is poor. Get Xfinity. It's much better. Breakfast the first morning was minimal, just eggs and cold cereal. The next two mornings it was somewhat better. The elevator door in the hallway is"hidden". No signs in the hallway or ceiling, the door is painted black and is unmarked. Is management nuts???
