Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good....
Disliked: Building was under renovations and in need of repairs and upgrades, smelled stuffy with an odor of air freshener trying to mask true odor. Maybe once renovation are complete property will be great, location is great... Staff was great though...

Problem After Problem

Disliked: This was an unexpected four night stay because family members supposed to stay with became sick. First night we had to move rooms because smoke detector didn’t have battery- we noticed this because battery compartment was hanging open.New room: next morning the blow dryer almost caught on fire- turned on, it made terrible noise, sparks came out of dryer, and had terrible burning smell. We were in a suite for 4 but only had 2 or 3 sets of towels left. We let the front desk know, but we had to go downstairs and get more towels…everyday. The carpet was dirty. The nightstand had a stain on it. The left side of the headboard was peeled off. We came back at 10:00 PM one night and our room door was propped open with luggage stand that had one of our suitcases on it. House cleaning left it propped open, so it had been like that for HOURS. Thankfully we were on the top floor at the end, so nothing was missing, but not sure if anyone was in and out of room. The elevator made a terrible noise every time we used it. We noticed the inspection sticker expired end of 2023. We will never stay here again.

Disliked: The entire facility was very dirty and unorganized. My son could not sleep on the pull out couch due to the sheets and blankets being very dirty as well. Room was not clean and there was visible dirt and specks all throughout on the carpet. Elevator was broken as well. This was unexpected and unpleasant to carry our sleeping child and luggage up all the stairs at 1am in the morning. Check out time is 11, however after we finished breakfast at around 830 am we returned to our room to find construction workers and our door wide open. Overall dirty and unsafe feeling throughout our stay.

Disliked: The hotel was run down and dirty. Elevators didn't work. This is the kind of room I'd expect for $60 a night, and I paid close to three times that.

Disliked: When we booked we were not told the facility was under renovation and without elevators.

Disliked: There was ongoing construction, loud music being played by the workers, and a couple of roaches running around.
