Disappointing. Concern for customer experiece...

Liked: Location easy off interstate.
Disliked: Run down. Room smelled like mold, bathtub was covered in mildew. They did move us rooms, but we were a party of two rooms, and wouldn’t relocate the second room to be close to the new one. Logistics were difficult running stuff back and forth between floors because of that. Lots of little touches were missed. Shampoo and soaps were empty. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30, I promised my daughter she could get a yogurt on the way out since she has to wait a bit to eat in the morning due to medicine. Fridge was locked at 9:20, and they wouldn’t open to let her get one. Will choose this brand at other locations, as they’ve been great, but won’t stay at this one again.

Liked: Convenient location. Nice outdoor sitting area
Disliked: Seemed unkept. Bathroom was not clean, pillows smelt like hair product from a previous stay

Terrible

Liked: The property was easy to find.
Disliked: The room had a very stale smell. The carpet was soaking wet near the AC unit. There was rust and mold in the shower. The floor probably would have been for comfortable than the beds. And the breakfast was lacking.
