Very pleasant, great location and...

Liked: Convenient, good parking. Value for money
Disliked: No bar or restaurant and really noisy a/c units.

Liked: Friendly, clean and very quiet and in a great location.
Disliked: The breakfast was so-so, lots of choice but hot food of poor quality and cold scrambled eggs.

Very good

Very good hotel for short...

Liked: Easy access, large parking , room large enough, close to the place for cruises, restaurants available around, I was to an italian one near hotel and was very good. Breakfast not special but quite good.
Disliked: The TV set was quite old. The elevator was not available being a building with only 2 floors, or I didn't see it.

We would highly recommend Comfort...

Liked: Exceptionally clean room, well air conditioned, quiet, with a pleasant view over to the marina/water. The hallways were quiet -- we didn't hear neighbors.We could have our cat, which was important to us.Parking was easy and convenient. Situated right in town, so it was easy to walk to restaurants.The breakfast offerings were extensive, including hot items.
Disliked: Our last morning, a bus tour came in for breakfast all at the same time. It then felt as though the dining space was too small. Also, perhaps coffee and tea could be offered separately from food? As a tea drinker, my wife had to return to the start of the line to get hot water at an "oatmeal" dispenser, which was inconvenient (and often not hot enough).

Ideal location

Liked: The location is easily walkable to all of the sites. Breakfast included. Great price. 2nd visit with my Dad for Father's Day.

Exceptional

Superb

Liked: We really liked the room! The room was spacious and clean. There was an AC and you could also open the window! The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a fitness room as well as a pool. The location is great, you can walk into town for dinner. For one or two nights travelling through Gananoque the hotel is perfect!
Disliked: The breakfast choice was only ok and basic. It served its purpose. Everything was on paper plates or in paper cups as well as disposable cutlery. We understand that this means less work for the staff just to be able to throw all the dishes out instead of washing them but it would have been nice to at least have real cutlery available.
