Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle

Definitely got a clean room - smelled good. Heat and air worked. Had enough towels; tissues etc. Staff was helpful and quiet. Overall had a good night's stay. There isn't much around open late at night but there was a Tim Hortons just down the street open 24 hours which came in handy.

Liked: Clean room; quiet but friendly and helpful staff; free breakfast; cheap room.
Disliked: Not many. Breakfast could use a little variety, but for free, I can't complain.

Pretty good, just minor flaws.

Liked: It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection pretty good.
Disliked: The bed transferred motion really easily, and I would have appreciated a mat for the shower to make it less slippery. Keys weren’t active when we arrived at room, it might be nice to magnetize them when guests arrive rather than in advance.

Disliked: Check in was bad. The keys didn’t work. The receptionist tried to use his master key to get us into a room that was already occupied.

Liked: The bed and the breakfast were okay
Disliked: It's not 3 stars. The room was really dirty, with trash from past guests, the bathroom was bad, dirty and without towels. The breakfast is okay, but the coffee is terrible.
