Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle

Definitely got a clean room - smelled good. Heat and air worked. Had enough towels; tissues etc. Staff was helpful and quiet. Overall had a good night's stay. There isn't much around open late at night but there was a Tim Hortons just down the street open 24 hours which came in handy.

Liked: Clean room; quiet but friendly and helpful staff; free breakfast; cheap room.
Disliked: Not many. Breakfast could use a little variety, but for free, I can't complain.

Liked: I like the person who took care of breakfast and cleaning the breakfast area. He is very nice.

Liked: Problem with Toilet flushing, Dailey . Did not overflow but seventulay drained by later in the day! Staff helped try to work with it each day!

Disappointing

Disliked: Booking was horrendous! Booked through Booking.com- NEVER AGAIN! Got confirmation but the hotel did not get reservation!!! Called hotel with a question and they said to call booking.com. If you could get a phone number but customer service is just online and they just typed to call the hotel. Hotel finally found reservation only to have to go through the problem again when trying to check in......

Bad

Disliked: The room we’ve book was not cleaned before we checked in. When I entered the room there were all cans, chips pockets and other trashes etc and the bathroom was totally dirty. They switched my room with one queen bed and one sofa bed room instead of two queen beds room. Three of us had to sleep in one bed and I tried to sleep on that sofa bed. That was awful and we couldn’t rest.

Disliked: They said they gave me non-smoking room, but it reeked of prior tobacco usage. The hotel is back in the back, toke a bit of struggle to found it.
