Disliked: Booked room because it was supposed to be pet friendly. Arrived with my dog only to be told no dogs are allowed and was refused a refund for the rooms booked. Lost over $300 and had to drive over 2 hours away to find another hotel for my family.

Disliked: Noises in the morning when the aisle door and main door kept closing and making a heavy noise everytime someone opens it
