Excellent stay at excellent value

Liked: Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, Hot Tub was Wonderful, Pool was nice, Breakfast was great
Disliked: No complaints

It was enjoyable

Liked: Finally a poll that was in working condition. However the outside poll was not working. The hot tub was worth it too.
Disliked: They should leave like a swifter or dirty devil or something to sweep the floor it gets dirty fast. Also a door mat would help trap the initial dirt on your shoes helping to help the floor cleaner.

Disliked: Drunks and noise in adjacent room. Called front desk 4 times in one night.

Liked: The room was lovely and bed comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very noisy and the breakfast was very poor. Paper plates and inedible eggs. It was a real shame as you put so much effort in the rooms, then breakfast felt cheap and a real let down.

Liked: Excellent Hot Tub, Excellent Breakfast, clean comfortable room
Disliked: A guest was banging on the walls, and one was stomping around , I was not on the Top Floor

Good choice if attending Brimfield...

Liked: Staff was great, but were not really visible, even at the front desk. Good bar, Clean room. Used the spa and pool, which were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was minimal with limited choices.,
