Dirty

Liked: Very dirty, i was disappointed. We found a whole adult tooth under our mattress. Infested with ants and hair all through the bathroom. front desk staff were amazing but housekeeping is definitely lacking!

A great place that is...

Liked: Everything was good. After traveling a lot recently it was refreshing to stay somewhere that was clean, kind, organized and exactly as they advertised. I also want to say that their in room heating and air conditioning system was excellent.

Fine for a quick weekend;...

Liked: The location was good and safe; not too far from Kent where we were headed.
Disliked: 1. The blinds did not close - there was a sheer drape, but the big drapes did not close and light kept streaming into the room into the dark; had to rig it closed with a chair and a hair clip2. The toilet paper roll fell right out of the wall (see picture)3. There was a red stain on the floor, looked like juice? (see picture)4. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom door (see picture)5. The shower temperatures were backwards on the faucet and the water wasn't super hot*I showed the pictures to the desk clerk and they assured me I wouldn't be charged for the damages that were already there upon check-in*

Disliked: They charged my card 2 times then canceled 1 of my days with my knowledge and I didn't checkout .front desk was very rude couldn't get ahold of the Gm or their supervisor. I came to get in my room and they canceled saying I only used the bathroom bt I paid for 2days
