Never again

Liked: The staff was pleasant! It was fine for a one night stay during a 20+ hour drive, but we wouldn’t have stayed if we needed it for multiple nights. Or if we had arrived earlier in the evening, we got there after 9pm with 3 kids and didn’t want to load the car again.
Disliked: The hotel overall was outdated which wouldn’t be an issue if it were cleaner and didn’t real of mildew/mold. It was dirty and falling apart. For the price I expected a little more, not mold all over the bathroom ceiling that looked like it would cave any second. The floor was cracked, the carpets throughout were definitely soaked and not properly dried at some point.

I noticed in the bathroom...

Liked: Not much. When we first got into our room, the air conditioning unit did not work. We unpacked our clothes and we’re headed out and I informed the front desk. They said they were going to change out the unit for that room. That did get done when we returned
Disliked: In the front of the building, where handicap parking is established, there is a rise in the concrete that makes it difficult for my spouse to get across with her walker. When we got home, we noticed that we now have bedbugs in our home.

Liked: The room size was nice for our family and all of our travel gear. Even thought the hotel was very busy, it was quiet and restful. The breakfast had some nice options.
Disliked: I thought the front desk staff was not all that friendly. All went fine but didn't feel like a valued customer. The reason I booked this hotel was for the pull out sofa bed for one of my kids to use. The mattress was horrible and I had to apologize to my daughter that she had to sleep on it. I also felt like the hotel was in need of a coat of paint and brighter lighing. The walls had scuff marks on them (especially near the elevator areas which were too tight and small) and things just felt dark and dated. I paid a lot of money to stay at this location for one night (the final night of our vacation) and I was disappointed with it.

Liked: Staff person was great. Love the water and tea available in the lobby. Bed was comfotable.
Disliked: Paint and plaster peeling off the walls, carpet filthy dirty in room and hallway, handle missing on dresser drawer. Difficulty getting tub drained.
