Comfort Inn & Suites St Louis - Chesterfield

This was a great hotel to stay in for the night to attend a concert in Chesterfield. The hotel was quiet overnight and the bed was just perfect. The complimentary breakfast and lower nightly rate made it the best deal in the area.

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet.

Liked: Older but clean
Disliked: Breakfast had a small selection and wasn't the best quality. The front desk staff was hard to find.

Disliked: Room wasn't ready and alternate room that was provided a room key for already had guests in it that I walked in on and they weren't happy, neither was I.

Liked: Clean and located well for where we were going. Nice breakfast layout. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We got a couple of threadbare towels. The first floor smelled like marijuana all the time - night through morning (how?). The exterior doors were broken and wouldn't shut and lock. And everything is expensive right now but i didn't think the price was worth it.

Liked: Hotel smelled of smoke and weed. It was disgusting
Disliked: Breakfast was. Absurdly horrible, food was cold, staff couldn’t keep up with the people as they were coming in. Completely ran out of coffee. Very unprepared for volume of people. Hotel needs to reimburse every single person that was there. I will never stay there again

Liked: Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Blow dryer broken. My wife was given a key for an unoccupied room so she could use that one. No luggage stand. Room musty. Two waffle makers but no batter Saturday morning. No meat/protein Saturday morning.
