My stay at comfort inn...

Liked: Real plants in lobby. Service friendly and efficient. Hot tub was not working while there. That was disappointing. But breakfast was very good. And help was very attentive.

Liked: To start they informed me 2 hours before checking at the pool and hot tub was still closed which had been closed since my last day in the beginning of December. It was also a huge baseball team staying at the hotel which made it impossible to have breakfast due to the fact all the college students took over the entire dining room and breakfast area we ended up having to go buy breakfast for my 3-year-old just so she could eat at a normal time from the time breakfast started till the time it was over there was nowhere to sit for breakfast staff could not keep up with the demand of all the baseball players which in turn made all of the other people waiting for breakfast have to seek elsewhere to get food this continued for the entire four-day I was there.

Disliked: There was little to like here. The clerk failed to check us in properly. Which caused the system to see us as a no show.The cleaning staff removed all our personnel items from room and placed them behind the front desk. We returned on Sunday evening locked out of or room and no room to stay in. Seeing our things stacked up behind the front desk made me feel totally violated. I could say much more but I am DONE with this hotel and will not stay at another comfort hotel.
