It was a very nice...

Liked: We did not have the breakfast. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, kind and caring. Easy to book room. Very convenient and affordable for our needs.
Disliked: I was hoping for a soak in the bathroom tub. However, the tub had cracks in bottom of it. I took a shower. That was okay. The air conditioner cooled the room, but it was very humid in there. Things felt damp.

Liked: The breakfast was sparse. When we got there for breakfast there werent any eggs, hardly any Danish. Almost out of juice. The eggs were cold what little were left.
Disliked: They had a swimming pool and hot tub. When we reserved the room there was no indication that there was a problem. But when we got there, the pool and hot tub was down for repairs. We had 3 kids, ages 10, 13 and 15 that needed a little more energy to burn off. The plug ins in the room (3) of them was so loose they wouldn't support a cell phone cord, the cord kept falling out of the socket.

Disliked: The property is right next door to a dispensary and there are several homeless people in the parking lot. the room was gross and dirty. the room looked nothing like the pictures.

Liked: Try to help me solve an issue but when could not gave knowledge of paying too much thru booking .com...cheaper at the front desk...that is good for me i dislike going thru app. Crap...sorry it is just to difficult and exspensive...and misleading about the pooland hot tub...oh they had them...hot tub has not been in service for over a year and the inside pool was freezing...and over all the are was not that clean...took me hours to look and get booked online then they over charged and mislead me on the pool and hot tub...i only went there for the pool and hot tub...i hurt and it was a medical need...

Near lots of homeless, decent...

Liked: Staff was good, breakfast was a good variety.
Disliked: The area itself is just bad. Lots of homeless around which I understand isn’t the hotels fault. The pool area wasn’t very clean and had blood on the floor near the pool. People at the hotel Nextdoor (think it’s used to house the homeless) were fighting in the middle of the night. The general area is just not good and I wish I would have realized before booking this location.
