Great staff, and great breakfast....

Liked: The woman who checked us in was excellent. She had to tell us the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to repair, but she went out of her way to check on local pools, and other accommodations for us to try to make it right. The room was very comfortable. The blanket was very nice. The breakfast was impressive. Biscuits were kept steamed so they were soft. Eggs and sausage were good quality. The fried potatoes are my daughter's favorite.
Disliked: Just that the pool and hot tub were not available. They were definitely one of the main reasons I picked this particular hotel.

Liked: We did not have the breakfast. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, kind and caring. Easy to book room. Very convenient and affordable for our needs.
Disliked: I was hoping for a soak in the bathroom tub. However, the tub had cracks in bottom of it. I took a shower. That was okay. The air conditioner cooled the room, but it was very humid in there. Things felt damp.

Liked: The breakfast was sparse. When we got there for breakfast there werent any eggs, hardly any Danish. Almost out of juice. The eggs were cold what little were left.
Disliked: They had a swimming pool and hot tub. When we reserved the room there was no indication that there was a problem. But when we got there, the pool and hot tub was down for repairs. We had 3 kids, ages 10, 13 and 15 that needed a little more energy to burn off. The plug ins in the room (3) of them was so loose they wouldn't support a cell phone cord, the cord kept falling out of the socket.
