Disliked: Our room smelled horribly of a chemical cleaner. The common areas--hallways/staircases hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in weeks/months; the grounds of the motel had trash and debris strewn out the back of the motel; weeds everywhere.

Disliked: Received two $50. charges on my card the day after check out. Currently continue to dispute them. When I called, they said the $ would be refunded on card in 3-5 business days. That was over a month ago, and the issue is still unresolved. Overall, the place is run down, musty, and dirty. Due to lack of room availability in the area at the time, we stayed a week, and the floor in the room was not swept.
