Disliked: Got there for check in and the first thing they told us was that the elevator wasn't working and that the room we reserved was on the 3rd floor so we'd have to use the stairs for our entire stay. They said we could cancel our reservation if it was a problem. We stayed anyway because we had reserved the room specifically for the weekend for our daughter and a friend for her birthday and we didn't want to disappoint the kids. So we carried everything up to the 3rd floor. The room was..... underwhelming. We had the Jacuzzi in our room - the water to fill it up was barely a trickle and it took over two and a half hours to get it full. The button to turn the bubbles on was very touchy and wouldn't turn on easily. The drain for the Jacuzzi tub would come up on its own and drain the water it took hours to get in the tub in the first place. The pool was gross. The liner clearly needed replaced badly. The kids seemed fine with it but it was not at all well taken care of.There were portions of the hallway where the ceiling was leaking and they had buckets sitting there. There was trash in the stairwells and the hallways. The breakfast they served was okay - but the floor was sticky and everyone's shoes were sticking to the floor. They also had the news on REALLY loud on all the TVs so you could hardly talk to people at your table comfortably. The morning we left, the pool opened at 10am but checkout wasn't until noon so the girls wanted to swim one more time. I took them down and at 10:15 a worker came in and said we had to get out because he had to clean. This is the same worker that was leaning against the counter socializing with other workers while we were eating breakfast before the pool was open. Could have cleaned it then.Parking was bad. Bed was uncomfortable.I'm probably forgetting some things - but I think you get the idea.

Absolutely disgusting and needs an...

Liked: It was in a good location from where we needed to be.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes the second we opened the door, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned ever, the pillows were yellow and dirty, the straps that held down a mattress pad were brown and looked like they had never been washed. The cleaning staff just barged in after I told them we didnt need anything and my friend had just gotten out of the shower. Absolutely inappropriate. Instead of having a spot to hang towels, they had 2 thumb tacks on the wall. We wanted to go into the pool, but as we walked by, you could see some sort of film on top of the water.I wish I had taken pictures, but we were busy trying to get ready for a wedding.
