Liked: Big rooms, pool and hot tub. Breakfast, location.
Disliked: We had problems with the staff moment we walked in the door and it just continued to happen. We were only there 2 nights and had several issues with staff including them calling the cops on the guest behind us. He was traveling with lots of kids for sports and he was frustrated but never raised his voice. He couldn't get booking.com and the hotel to talk to each other. Other then give us the phone # to booking, Rain didn't offer any solutions for either of our stays. Neither of us wanted to pay twice. Next morning another staff came knocking on our door and saying they had no record of us in their system. Still don't know if booking paid them. But this was the worst experience we had our entire trip. Also couldn't keep the room keys in your purse the magnet in your phone would wipe the card.
