Disliked: The aircon in our room drowned out our TV. It was so loud we had to turn it and cook to get any sleep. I don't like using paper plates, cups, and plastic cutlery and glasses to eat with and there is no consideration for the environment when all this stuff is sent to wate, including all the condiments packaging.

I expected a cleaner nicer...

Liked: Staff were great! Some things seemed really clean. Some did not.
Disliked: I have a $9.?? Additional charge but I have no idea what it was for. The fabric on apolstered chair in room was so dirty and disgusting. AC unit looked dirty and the front cover was coming off. The window drapes had stains where something had been spilled on them. Some of the towels looked dirty but smelled clean. Pool was not available. Friends stayed in surrounding hotels some were less expensive but facility was much nicer with no extra charges.
