NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY

Liked: Nothing absolutely nothing
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel thinking that it was pet friendly as it said on booking.com. The rude young lady at the front desk first of all couldn't find my reservation and secondly informed me that she was going to charge me over $200 for my dog, who is a medical service dog. She then demanded to see his paperwork and wanted details about what service my dog provides for me. When I informed her that that was a HIPAA violation and I did not have to answer her questions she told me that because he was a pet they would have to charge me for my dog. I told her to cancel the reservation and I turned around and walked out. I sincerely hope that booking.com and the hotel chain takes note of this and makes the appropriate changes.

Disliked: Bathroom didn’t look cleaned, couch had dirty on it, tv had a crack and rhe remote barley worked. Bed was like sleeping on a board. Curtains were not attached correctly and let in the sun

Disliked: We called three times prior to booking to be sure the pool was working as that is the only reason for choosing this hotel. Arrived and the pool was freezing due to heater being broken, and slide not working as well as the water fall not working.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel was good. In the lobby, it was very clean and spotless.
Disliked: I mentioned to the front desk that when I took my shower before midnight after returning from our event, the hot water in my shower ran out after 5 minutes of showering. So I had to quickly rinse off so that I didn't have to finish in cold water.
