Disliked: It is the most dirty hotel that I been .Staff was quite rude.no good customer service.A person during breakfast was asking for pancake batter.the staff answer in a very rude way " just wait".Not friendly at allI attached some pictures about restaurant It was quite disappointing.I visited some horses stable.believe Me .more clean

Disliked: Bathroom didn't seem to have been cleaned. The toilet had been used and not flushed. The handle on the shower fell off when turned.

Liked: The location is excellent
Disliked: In one of our rooms the toilet leaked - no real commirment from management just a meaningless sorryIn the rooms you cam hear everything from the rooms around.By 10:30 we were urged to check out asap due to a atrong smell from sewage water handlingThe rooms are old. The shower is not clean.In 30 years I never had such a bad experienceThe hotel is fully aware that guests won't come again

We had a great time...

Liked: Since we traveled with two children and a dog, having a first floor room with parking out front and a quick walk to a place where our dog could relieve herself was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I feel the $50 fee for a pet in addition to the room charge is high.

Pleasant

Liked: Location to National Parks; breakfast staff was very efficient and cordial . Many outdoor activities for children.
Disliked: The outside door was horrible. It actually injured my hand trying to get the door open and my hand was caught in the handle. It cut me and trapped me midway through the door entrance. It needs to be adjusted.

Comfortable room in a good...

Liked: Good location near the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Room was a good size for 4 of us, with large comfortable beds and good a/c. Pool was a good size and very welcome in the heat.
Disliked: Breakfast was self service and really busy, so they sometimes ran out of items and could take a while to refill.

Liked: Convenient to Sequoia National Park
Disliked: Scratchy towels. Pool area, such as lounge chairs need to be replaced. Water was murky.
