Not clean enough
Liked: Good room size
Disliked: Cleanliness is not the strong point of the hotel. The bed cover had stains and hair on it, was changed by the receptionist who really tried to help. Besides, there was quite a bit of dust in the room and the bathroom definitely needs maintenance. The walls are very thin and you can hear the room next door and also the water flowing through the pipes in the walls! Bottom line not the best stay I've had

Was a great stay
Liked: Location was amazing. Staff was nice, easy check in and out
Disliked: Lee got the king bed and it was pretty firm, and we was not warned before booking or no email until we checked in that there was a schedule power outage from 2am-6am but luckily it was only for 1 hour

Sequoia base
Liked: We are a family of four and we stayed for 3 nights. It's an ideal base to go and explore the Sequoia forests. Breakfast was included and was good. Nice pool area to relax by at the end of the day.
Disliked: Couldn't park outside my room unless I went 'premium'. A petty charge, but thankfully I could walk the extra 10 metres to my car.
