Ok stay but convient to...

Liked: Good WiFi, firm mattress, convenient location
Disliked: King size mattress was larger than frame, so if laying/sitting on edge of bed felt like it was hanging. Breakfast was basic and not enough sitting area/tables. No inside hallways. Felt more like a motel. Not property’s fault per se, but very limited dinner options in Three Rivers.

Clean rooms and great location

Liked: Great location at Three Rivers with easy and close access to Sequoia National Park. The amenities are good, the room was large and clean with very comfortable beds, and the included breakfast is decent.
Disliked: Except for the location-driven pricing there is truly nothing to complain about. A great place to stay at right at the entry to Sequoia Nat’l Park.

Liked: Location close to Sequoia Park entrance, beautiful setting and facilities.Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast quite rich with a variety.Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day.Accessibility options including an elevator and accessible paths and doorways.
Disliked: Rooms a bit old and slightly run down (but clean).

Liked: The property was in a good location
Disliked: We always check that a multi level hotel has an elevator, we are in our late 60’s and lugging suitcases upstairs is not ideal. Upon arrival we were booked into upstairs rooms that were not accessible via elevator and the staff member on duty at the time did not know the computer system enough to change our rooms, so we had to struggle up and down the stairs with our luggage. Not impressed. The staff member we dealt with was not at all friendly, and didn’t seem to know how to smile. I felt like she was being inconvenienced. We sent through a request with our booking for a 3pm arrival, this was accepted via email, but upon arrival, we were told check in time was 4pm and she was not interested in listening to us, and made us sit and wait until nearly 4 even though our room was apparently ready. We travelled around the US for 2 months, staying in hotels every night and this was one of the least pleasant check in Experiences

Wonderful place near the National...

Liked: Wonderfully accommodating staff - we mentioned that we were there to celebrate an anniversary in our booking, and they upgraded us to a huge room with a jacuzzi, free of charge. Excellent location to drive to the national parks nearby, quiet at night. Rich breakfast.
Disliked: _Maybe_ that the room + place were a tiny bit dated, but this was truly great for the budget.

Liked: only stayed one night before heading to Sequoia national park. I think everything was good. Probably the best waffles we had during our two-week trip. Having said that, breakfast place was a bit small and it was tricky to find a table, though we did manage to find one.
