There was no offer of a discount by the clerk or the manager due to me paying a higher rate for a smoking room and not getting the opportunity to have/use it. It seems like I was just a number to them.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Website info needs to be updated. They no longer have "Smoking" rooms and I would not have stayed there had I known this. Night receptionist was rude and not wanting to help any, plus suggested I cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Trust me, I will go somewhere else from now on!

Disliked: Old and worn down. Woke up my second night there with about 8 bite marks on me. Did not have them before I woke up. Very disturbing

Liked: All of the staff was very nice! The room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a very nice selection. The ladies who provided breakfast were very sweet. The people at the registration desk were very nice. The hotel is in a great location, and is an excellent value.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a great stay!

Disliked: The bathroom was horrible it smelled like mildew and the bed was dirty I had to change my own room

Disliked: Lots of mold in restroom and smelt like mold through the entire room

Very dirty room and bathroom.

Disliked: There was hair all over our bathroom, the faucet was completely loose, and a nicotine patch was stuck to the wall of our bedroom. It was also far too expensive for the quality.
