There was no offer of a discount by the clerk or the manager due to me paying a higher rate for a smoking room and not getting the opportunity to have/use it. It seems like I was just a number to them.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Website info needs to be updated. They no longer have "Smoking" rooms and I would not have stayed there had I known this. Night receptionist was rude and not wanting to help any, plus suggested I cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Trust me, I will go somewhere else from now on!

Liked: It was fairly clean.
Disliked: The property is older and worn out. Things in the room not working. The bed is horribly uncomfortable. Very hard with springs in your side all night. (The mattress is very old.) They need to update their beds and pillows. The pillows were also so very bad(bring your own).

We felt comfortable.

Liked: It was convenient. Very easy to get too. Very clean.
Disliked: There were a few minor things, a hole in the bathroom door, trim needed some work and a rope in the chair fabric.

Will not stay here again.

Disliked: Breakfast was bad. Although bathroom was clean, it smelled of mold/mildew. Paint buckling/cracking/peeling. Bed was bouncy (old mattress, etc.)

Disliked: The room smelled musty. Probably needs the rugs replaced.

Liked: Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Easy access from the highway. Getting in and out of the parking lot was easy as well. Not over crowded in the patking lot.
Disliked: There was hair in the shower, hair in the bed, foot pri ts of many different shoe prints in the foyer of the room. When i tried to report a mess from a pet in the elevator, the only person i could find she said "no speak a english"
