Disliked: Floors were sticky. Loud outside. Heating/ cooling unit was very noisy when working free breakfast mediocure

Liked: My two complaint’s were that early travelers which a shuttle full of us were ; had no breakfast. Packaged goods could have been set out for us with milk, cereal, etc
Disliked: Shuttle times did not match travel times. Terrible only one per hour for early morning folks. We were at our domestic flight two and a half hours early on not so crowded a time. Niceto have though.

Disliked: I called and they told me I didn't have a reservation but I received a confirmation in the email. It was late and I was traveling with kids, nobody has time for a Hotel to tell you that you didn't have a reservation when it was booked days out before the flight.
