Bare Minimum Efforts

Liked: Not a huge variety for breakfast, but what was there was fresh & not too bad. Our room was very clean & spacious. The staff was always friendly & courteous.
Disliked: After connecting to the Wi-Fi (per the instructions), we were never able to log in to be able to watch TV. The front desk person came up to our room & repeated everything I did, but to no avail. It was said that they would let management know & get the issue resolved, but we never heard back from anyone (we were there for 6 days/5 nights). On night 5, the fire alarm went off, not once, but 4 times. The first 2 times were roughly around 11:30 pm & 1:30 am, we all had to evacuate the building & stand in the parking lot until we were given the all clear. The compensation for the disturbances was a 30-minute extension on breakfast & an extended 1 hr check-out. Talk about a bare minimum apology, that was very disappointing. Especially since a lot of people had to leave early anyway, either to catch a flight or to get a head start on a long drive.
