Liked: Parking lot proximity made it so I didn't have to walk far to the building
Disliked: Cleanliness in the room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stained dressing on both beds. Free breakfast was absolutely disgusting. It actually made my daughter sick later in the day. For the expense of the room I figured more than 13 television channels would have been included

Disliked: The eggs and sausage was always cold even when being down when it first opened up for breakfast. It said they clean room after 3 days and they didn't till we left on day 4.

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Room was adequate and bathroom was good but no exhaust fan so it stayed steamy. I did like the shower water pressure and that the shower head was high up, that was great!
Disliked: The elevator. I felt like I was in the tower of terror in Florida! It was jittery and noisy and it shuddered when it was landing at the third floor. Needs attention!

Very dissatisfied with stay

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The remote in room was broken. Asked a couple of times the front desk for a new one. Front desk gave me the run around. Room smelled like someone smoked in there. It was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned. Had to wipe down furniture and bathroom to make it look cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel or come back.

Disliked: Having to turn right on the road and having to then turn at a light to turn around and proceed daily to my destination in South Portland

Liked: The employees were kind and professional. Breakfast was a great variety of hot & cold items. Location was good, 14 minutes from Old Orchard Beach and 5 minutes from airport.
Disliked: The bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet seat was NOT clean. I was disgusted that someone went #2, left trace of it ON THE ACTUAL SEAT, and it went unnoticed by housekeeping. There were crumbs on the office chair, one of the bath towels was stained yellow/orange, there was a toilet paper roll that had 1% left on it and the room smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke.
