Excellent staff, fantastic area, restful...

Liked: AC wasn’t working - heat was stuck on. Staff came immediately, couldn’t fix so relocated us to another (upgraded) room with no wait! No issues with the second room! Restful sleep.
Disliked: For a one night stay it was excellent! But, hotel is looking worn - time for an upgrade!

Checking in they were rude...

Liked: It was a clean, we’ll keep hotel
Disliked: The workers, very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. How does a hotel allow people like them to work there.

Liked: It was very clean just I noticed that the carpets in the hallway had Otis but looked clean it was quiet and relaxable relaxing and the staff were great
Disliked: We had the king suite we found that the furniture seem to be a little outdated the little love seat they had there was not comfortable at all but it was a pull-out bed so that could be what it was other than that don't have complaints

It was an acceptable room...

Liked: The location was excellent and the property was quiet, even though it was located right on a major highway
Disliked: The property was difficult to get out of if you needed to go north on US one because it was the exit was only allowed you to go south and most of the intersections immediately after the exit did not allow U-turns. additionally, the elevator reeked of cigarette smoke the door to the bathroom in my room, could not shut like it was water, swollen, or out of alignment. Most of the furniture was badly scuffed and nicked. The TV remote was heavily used to the point where the battery cover kept falling off, and the volume button was only sometimes responsive additionally, there was no channel guide or preview channel and since I don’t use DIRECTV, I was not familiar with their lineup. I also almost never saw anyone at the front desk. Breakfast was hit or miss the sausage was overcooked. The eggs were overly cheesy with American cheese. They offered cereal, but no milk no muffins no danish and the waffle station was filthy with multiple plastic cups filled with batter. It fulfilled my needs for a place to sleep while on travel for work, but it’s not necessarily a place that I would return to of my own choice.

Liked: Our room had plenty of space nd everything was easy to find
Disliked: pulled in the parking lot and there was druggies arguing in the front lot, couldn't escape the smell of pot anywhere nd then there were junkies roaming all threw the place all hours of the night, the place really came to life after the sun went down, wouldn't recommend for families with kids one kreeper was peaking around the corner watching our daughters go to their room

Very nice 2 day stay

Liked: Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Very nice and convenient to have a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker right in the room. Management was very helpful and prompt with any needs/requests. Included breakfast was a nice perk, good food options and fresh.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like about my stay here. I would definitely consider another stay here if the opportunity arose.

Liked: Location was good and staff was polite but didn't see much of them.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. The eggs and sausage did not look appetizing at all. Waffles didn't taste good. Bananas were mostly black on the outside/over ripe. The swimming pool was very cloudy and the area stunk so bad I couldn't stay in there. Remote for TV in the lobby didn't seem to work and the computer was very slow/keyboard didn't work.
