Would never stay there again,...

Liked: Location was close to home where family and friends were gathering for the weekend.
Disliked: When we checked in, there was a dog howling at 2:30 am on the floor which our room was… after going back to the desk to complain and ask for room switch, we were advised by front desk receptionist (Kate) that there were NO AVAILABLE ROOMS… she said the property was completely booked. It wasn’t until another guest came down complaining as well, that she went and attempted to address the disruption issue. The problem is that the person who was assigned to the room was not on site and we had to wait for him to return to the hotel to get the dog to stop howling and barking.. this was unacceptable and very unnerving for a welcome. Breakfast was ok until the hostess cleaning the area turned off the juice fountain/ machine and was only willing to turn it back on for certain guests to get something to drink . Just rude!!!

Liked: From when we arrived until we left, everything was wonderful. The front desk was amicable and polite. The hotel was clean and the rooms were as well.
