Disliked: The restroom was horrible. There were small roaches. The restroom vent did not work and the vent was full of dust. The shower had other peoples hair in it, the shower head was grimey and there was mold all over the edges.

Overall my stay was just...

Liked: Easy checkin/out. Honored my request for a ground floor room. Room temperature was good but I couldn't adjust the air stream up or down. It just blew straight out to the middle of the room. Would be nice if could direct the air flow up.
Disliked: The first night I killed a roach in the bathroom that was between the toilet and the shower. The next morning there was a dead roach on the floor under the coffee bar. There was black mold on the shower walls above where the sliding glass doors are attached and there was black mold in the two lower corners of the picture that was hanging above the toilet. I was pleased to see a ceiling fan in the room. It was off. Good thing I looked at it before I turned it on because the fan blades were THICK with dust... very dirty. I was afraid if I tuned it on I would have dust all over the bed. There were several nicks and gouges in the walls. It was annoying having to open the cabinet to get to the fridge each time. It would be more efficient if it was maybe located under the coffee bar.

Disliked: Our ac in the room didn’t cool at all. We had made reservations for 4 people and had 2 towels in room. The lady who checked us in was more worried about her phone than actually telling us anything about breakfast, room number or check out time definitely felt like we were an inconvenience to her. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.
