Good value for the money...

Liked: It was about 5 minutes or .2 min away from the Cal train. There is a new tunnel that you can access the station that you can get to out of the front of the property. Very convenient to get into San Francisco.
Disliked: It was a bit tired looking

Low tempered kitchen staff

Liked: Clean comfy room and bathroom. Complete towels.
Disliked: I accidentally broke the waffle dispenser because the other one was faulty amd the kitchen staff got upset. I felt embarassed coz that was in public.2. My deposit wasn't refunded Also it would be perfect if there was eggs

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Some electric outlets are not working.Pillows, not your traditional pillows Carpets need to be replaced. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. Information on parking fees wasn't identified while checking in? There is not enough parking for paying customers

We would stay again!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.I liked that they didn't mind us taking snacks back from the breakfast. Making waffles was fun too! Plenty of towels. And the laundry room was definitely a plus for my family.
Disliked: Cleaning and refreshing the room is available upon request, I did request, but never came. I also requested an extra blanket, but never received it.Finding an ice machine that worked was a little hard.
