Disappointing

Not very nice, I would...

Disliked: The rug in the room had a lot stains. The bedspread had what looked like a blood stain on it. One tiny garbage can for the whole room and you had to hunt to find it.The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. There were no trays to carry hot food and drinks back to your room. I asked the person at the front desk and he did manage to find 1 tray but he said it was the only one they had. I would have used a paper plate but they were the cheapest and thinnest you could buy.I would not stay there again for the price I had to pay.Also it would be nice if they considered that not everyone is a coffee drinker and also have tea available in the room with the coffee.

Nice place if you need...

Liked: Breakfast was great There were a number of homeless people in the neighborhood and as a single female traveling alone I felt a little unsafe walking to restaurants nearby (a Subway and a Crab shack). I still did it, but I still was cautious.
Disliked: Everything else was nice. The front desk staff people were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Shower head was loose in shower it shoots water from all direction and report a complain and the gentleman in front desk, came to fix it.
Disliked: elevators smell like some has been smoking inside and hallway smell all day cigarette which is very unpleasant.
