Liked: Breakfast and location was decent. Breakfast staff was courteous.
Disliked: Cleanliness of room was not up to par. Bed sheets in particular. The water pressure for the shower and sink was dysfunctional.

Disliked: The water pressure was interrupted. What should have been a quick shower took 40 minutes due to lack of pressure. Upon checkout, when I brought it to the managers attention, I was told they were aware. I was told the water bladder went out and was on order. It would have been better if they had informed me of this upon check in.

Liked: It was a great location. Lots of amenities in the area. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Nice area to walk our dog. Breakfast was good.

Horribly disappointing and unacceptable.

Disliked: The room smelled terrible. Went to put drinks in fridge and it literally had rotten food in it. Was going to call front desk but phone didn’t work. Dried ketchup on night stand I had to clean myself. No toilet paper. Went to front desk to tell attendant. We were going out for a bit and attendant said he would have it at the desk. Why couldn’t he take it to the room? Told him how nasty the room smelled. Didn’t offer to give us another room. Just said he was sorry that the young ones that are hired to clean aren’t very good. We had to make coffee just to try and mask the smell. I am retired and travel a lot. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was the WORSE I have ever stayed in. I will never stay here again and will worn others.
