Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The manager was EXTREMELY rude and has no business working in costumer service. Harassed one of my family members who wanted to sit outside and eat to the extent of threatening to “go through our room”. Was told the hot tub would be open at 10 am the second day so I booked a second night to use the hot tub just to find out it was out of service and they avoided telling me until I had already paid for a second night.

Liked: Location. Very clean and quiet. Rooms are very nice and beds were comfortable. I’ll be back.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t hot it was more on the cool side. I didnt use it

Liked: The lobby was nice and cozy. Decorated nicely. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The room esthetics were not restful. The chair that online was suppose to be a “couch” was so stained and dirty I refused to sit on it. The bathroom faucet dripped the entire time and the tub had a lot of rust stains. Pretty sure I’m done with booking.com. Every hotel places you in a so-so room with the worst view ever. My view was a pile of pallets directly outside my ground floor window.

Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned very well from the previous people who booked the room. There was Dr Pepper bottles, Oreo cookies, and dirty socks left in a corner and under a chair that was NOT from our stay so the maid either was in a hurry or didn’t pay attention to detail. Kind concerns me if linens were changed or not.
