Passable

Liked: Staff was not accommodating at all, lacked hospitality. AC did not work in the room so it was a stifling 90 degrees. Told me they would give me another room and never heard back from them.
Disliked: Overall condition of the property

Nice place to stay and...

Liked: The property appears to be well kept and the staff was helpful during our stay. They’re about a 10-15 minute drive from Thunder Valley Casino so it’s a good place to stay if you’re going for a show there. We had king room 344 which was on the top floor so there was nobody running around over us. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. Once we figured out how the a/c worked (wall thermostat, not the actual unit), that got air circulating. There is a 24 hour snack area near the front desk where you buy sodas, chips or candy. The breakfast area is across from reception and appeared to be good sized. We didn’t use it as we went out to the nearby Cracker Barrel.The pool was not far from reception and looked nice from our window. We also rented queen room 333 for my mother in law and she was happy with the room. Checkout in the morning was easy too. There were also a few fast food places nearby (Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc) nearby if you want an easy meal.
Disliked: The electronic key for one of the rooms did not work so we had to go back for re-coding.There doesn’t appear to be much handicapped parking for a fairly big facility, maybe 5 spots or so.

Disliked: REALLY HEAVY SMELL OF I GUESS DISENFECTANT....NOT THE TYPICAL SMELL MORE IDK HERBALLY BUT STRONG!! HAD TO AIR OUT ROOM FOR A WHILE. AND the disposable blankets or whatever were kinda weird
