Liked: Original room/rate were ok
Disliked: The elevator was not working and our original room was on the 2nd floor. We are unable to climb stairs- medical issues- and the only option provided was to take a king with jacuzzi on the 1st floor at a higher rate. We are also unable to use the jacuzzi tub. We feel we should have been given the room at the same rate.
