Disliked: Broke down ice machine on my floor, unable to access entry to end of building door, confused and under trained night clerk

Liked: The hotel had false advertising. Their online info said queen room with 2 queen beds; they had 2 full size beds.
Disliked: False advertising to get the business. This building is very old and the age is visible everywhere, needs basic repairs in the bathtub and sink.

Liked: Check in was easy
Disliked: The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. Coffee in the morning was cheap tasting and cold. Breakfast was awful.

We felt well cared for....

Liked: The woman who checked us in was very professional and friendly. The man who checked us out was the same.
Disliked: There was apparently some button in the bathroom that should have been pushed to get the lights in there to work. We don't do any kind of electronics or mysterious buttons at all well, but it wasn't really a problem. We were comfortable and could have called down to report it, but didn't.
