Liked: It was cheap, but then again I guess you get what you pay for
Disliked: There was bed bugs!!! And the staff was horrible. They make u pay an extra 300 refundable fee for damages if you are within a certain area close to the hotel.

Exceptional stay

Liked: Staff was so helpful and kind.The room was clean and was very spacious.The breakfast was delicious and wide variety.

Disliked: Bed was a bit firm

Disliked: Waited 30 minutes to check in because the person on duty was new and didn't know what she was doing. She had to keep calling someone on the phone for help. Totally understand it was not her fault. I blame management for leaving her alone not being fully trained. There were multuple guests waiting. Floors walking to room were dirty could see that they were not swept. Same with Floors in the room. Bathroom was not very clean at all.

Liked: First floor and easy parking
Disliked: Cleanliness was questionable. Had spa room. Had to run a cleaning cycle before jumping in. Hair and dust was on walls and ceiling. Mold in bathroom shower and light bulb was blown out. Mentioned to front desk and he walked away as I was still talking to him. Rude.
