Liked: First floor and easy parking
Disliked: Cleanliness was questionable. Had spa room. Had to run a cleaning cycle before jumping in. Hair and dust was on walls and ceiling. Mold in bathroom shower and light bulb was blown out. Mentioned to front desk and he walked away as I was still talking to him. Rude.

Worst hotel experience ever

Disliked: Me and my husband went in for our anniversary. Staff was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. They accused me of smoking and refused to refund my $300 deposit even though I do not smoke. I caught an employee smelling my door which made me feel even more uncomfortable. I DONT SMOKE! Seems like they are prejudice against locals and stereotype against young couples. The shower was also dirty and our toilet clogged. We had to request a plunger multiple times before getting help. At breakfast they watched me the entire time. We got the room and honestly fell right asleep. We didnt make a mess, and had no extra visitors or noise, so the shade they threw was so uncalled for. They ruined our special day and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
