The worst place to rent

Liked: I'm new to the app booking.com and so I was trying to book a room for my family in Show low Arizona, but I didn't realize that the location was at Comfort inn and suites Pueblo Colorado, and I pressed the payment button. It was at the Comfort inn and suites in show low az. Office that I was told about my mistake. I tried calling the Pueblo comfort inn and suites, but the manager was very rude and wasn't trying to help us at. I work daily jobs right now and I save enough money to visit my disabled daughter who is staying at a group home in Show low, AZ. I rent a room and she stays with us, I usually buy her what's she needs or wants which isn't much but I try to work with what I have. My older kids usually pitch in also, so that helps too. So I don't have money to lose, I ended up just paying for another room at comfort inn and suites in show low Az. Because we were all tired and didn't want to look all over for another motel..They charged me a big deposit and I still haven't received it yet, I checked my card yesterday and still nothing... I hope this will help someone else that has trouble with booking.com and just to warn you that Comfort inn and suites in Pueblo Colorado treats their customers, now I'm waiting for the comfort inn and suites in show low az to return my deposit. I hope they will read this and return my money because I can't just throw all that money away. Feeling upset in Phoenix az
