Comfort Inn & Suites Pottstown Eastern Gateway

Not a good stay.

Liked: I liked the quiet, location, staff, and cleanliness.
Disliked: The bed was hard, my hips hurt all night, and I couldn't sleep. I did not like the restroom. There was no counter at the sink, the shower head was bad, there was no handheld shower head, and the water pressure was very low. Will not stay there again, sorry.

Liked: Didn't have the breakfast. Slept in too late.
Disliked: Our only issue was that the bathroom didn't really have anyplace to put our essentials. Needs a shelf or two.

Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: THE hotel hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Elevator and hallways were disgusting. Bed linens were filthy and obviously had not been changed since previous guests. We got in very late and had already gotten ready for bed, non working phone so couldn't reach front desk to be able to rectify that issue. We didnt want to get dressed again so we slept on top of bedding. In the morning we told the front desk attendant about bedding, zero response, no apologies, pretty much ignored. Reported phone and it was not fixed. Will never stay here again. Expensive for the shoddy accommodations. There is nothing to like about this hotel. It was a huge disappointment because Comfort Inns are usually quite nice.

5 stars! Great hotel!

Liked: The family that owned/ran the facility did a wonderful job. They were quiet, but professional and kind. I felt welcomed and our room was clean and comfortable. I would go back again.
