Great place to stay and...

Liked: Conveniently located near stores and highways! Staff are super nice and helpful, especially the front desk. Included breakfast is consistently good and refilled promptly. Can’t complain on that!
Disliked: Everything was pretty clean for the most part! However linen and overall cleaning can be improved.

We needed to stay for...

Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast
Disliked: The area around the pool was a mess with trash, towels and toys everywhere at 10am. My door didn’t have second lock, only the handle. The place seemed outdated.

Liked: Pool.
Disliked: Dude at front desk gave me a hard time during my deposit refund. There was a stained washcloth. It was pink. I thought it was us until my gf told me it was like that when we checked in and she had the pictures. Not worth comparing to the staff but a $3 8x8 washcloth vs a 3 night deposit doesn't make sense. He just wanted to complain about something. Anyway we checked out a full night early. Wouldn't go back if I had to after that. Had a suite.

Disliked: the rooms and hallways need to be painted, the ac doesn't work at night

Don't trust the manager,

Liked: It was clean and the room was nice. Most of the staff was great!
Disliked: I requested a refund because I accidentally double booked the room. I was promised a refund but instead never got it. I was charged twice for the room, the second booking wasn't canceled. The manager won't respond to my emails.
