Disliked: Working with a booking agent. Prefer to talk with hotel directly.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful...

Liked: Very helpful staff, check iin was easy, room was very clean and comfortable. I was wore out from traveling all day, the lady who checked me in gave me a great recommendation of the little family style restaurant across the street and after I ate, I had a great, peaceful, night's sleep.
Disliked: everything was great!

Liked: The Marland Masion and the other exhibits were close by and I love th fox hunt all about the city .they are super cuteAnd every place we ate at the food was wonderful. And the drive around the lake was just beautiful .
Disliked: Nothing .Ponca City is a cute , friendly city will be back to visit again

Liked: Debi made the breakfast outstanding.
Disliked: It's on the main street and the traffic was noisy. The AC blew on the curtains and they were fixed so we couldn't close them. Anyone outside could look in, as we were on the ground floor.

Room floor was dirty. Smelled...

Disliked: Breakfast lady was very rude. Willnot go back there to stay
