Don’t like being lied to

Disliked: I called on Thursday to see if suna, pool, and hot tub was working I was told yes they were. Get there and the suna didn’t work. The person at the desk told me it had not worked in weeks. That is one of the reason I picked that hotel could have stayed cheaper close by. The toilet was centered the paper hold would not stay in wall. No place to hang towel when taking a shower. I will most likely not be going back

Liked: It was nice. Under construction but picked up and clean
Disliked: I was on the first floor. Noisy outside with construction workers early in the AM, person above me walked around and made noise until 1 am then again starting at 5 am. The doors are very heavy. Everyone in halls just let them slam shut. No concern for others on property

Disliked: The AC/heating unit was extremely noisy and seemed to cycle constantly, sounding like a jet engine taking off. the vent mechanism seemed to be loose and rattled. I barely slept.

Liked: The continental breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The hotel was under a much needed renovation. The room had an interior and exterior door and the exterior door had to be slammed and then pressed very hard to get it to shut. (The front clerk told us that upon check-in - why rent that room if it's a problem?) The heating unit in our room was either burn up or freeze, no in between. I assume something was wrong with the thermostat?? Overall, we were disappointed in our experience.
