Clean room and good breakfast. Nice area. Close to downtown and the beach. Easy Uber to everything downtown if you don't want to worry about parking.

Disliked: No bar in hotel.

A good day for close...

Liked: Dedication the property was great. The parking was easy. The rooms are nicely, equipped, maintain.
Disliked: We have reported the bathroom sink wasn’t draining well our first day nobody came and fixed it so by our second day it still wasn’t draining. We also miss not having any restaurant opportunities on site or walking distance.

One of the worst experiences...

Liked: Breakfast and night desk guy were amazing.
Disliked: When I pulled back the sheets to go to sleep, there was an overwhelming smell of urine. Upon further investigation there were pee stains all over bed. I have photos if needed. Also the carpet in the hallway was covered in stains as was the carpet in the first room. I also have photos of this. Even though the outside temperature was near 100, the front doors were constantly open making the first floor a sauna. Finally the ice machine was out of order. UGH!!

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff were all on point. Free parking and breakfast along with a small fitness center make this property a great value.
Disliked: The breakfast, which was very good, ends at 9:30 during the week. It would have been nice for it to stay open later.

12 out of 10 value...

Liked: Staff was phenomenal. I had an early check in and the room was ready when I got there. Which never happens at other establishments. Front desk (Jonah) After the check in was complete we spoke for a few minutes a few jokes exchanged and we went about our day. Excellent employee to have at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Definitely staying again on my next trip.
Disliked: The weather
