Disliked: The pool was closed, no shampoo in the bathroom, & boyfriend drank rotten milk at breakfast.

Horrible! Rude staff! Not LGBTQ...

Liked: Staff was extremely rude. My daughter and her wife were treated horribly, we felt the staff members are homophobic, they were definitely not LGBTQ friendly. I checked us out of the room at the last visit with my three year old in my arms, they accused my DIL of making racist comments, completely untrue, she was not even in the lobby, she was putting my daughters car seat in my vehicle at the time. The person that made the false accusation was someone my DIL went to high school with and she was hateful then because my DIL is gay so we feel her opinion on the gay community has not changed. Very unpleasant experience all around. The only person that spoke to the staff at checkout was me and we had a pleasant exchange. The girl my DIL went to school with told the manager my DIL checked out through her and made racist remarks. They refuse to show us footage because they know that once it is seen that they will be called out for lying. I called corporate and finally was reimbursed for the reservation that THEY cancelled for this stay. They put my DIL on the do not rent list and it has hurt her ability to rent at other places. You don’t have to agree with my daughter and her wife’s lifestyle but blacklisting them for being gay is 100% wrong.
