Pretty relaxing

Liked: I like the closeness of the places we visited and the beach. It was clean and majority of the staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious with various options.
Disliked: Our room was on the first floor and walls were thin. You could hear people walking upstairs and people in the rooms next to us. The only downside I would say was that our room was located across from the ice dispenser machine. I honestly think there should be a door enclosing it because it’s loud and people are always getting ice at all hours of the day and night.

Comfy home away from home!

Liked: The rooms were super clean and comfortable!
Disliked: A couple at the pool were playing music very loud and with lots of foul language. Decided not to use the pool because of that.

Rude stuff and manager .

Liked: Decent size of room , good breakfast
Disliked: The manager, her name was Rashel Sawyer, at the reception was very rude to our family, her behavior scared the children, all because we were in the room until 11 am . Someone from the staff was knocking hard on the door of the room starting from 10.45 am and calling the phone to the room endlessly, when we asked why it was necessary to do this, the manager answered us in a very rude manner. The hotel is new, but there was no toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, the taps and hooks were broken, the floor in the room was very dirty and sticky, with stains.We asked to clean the room, but the room was never cleaned.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful and smiling. Second time I have stayed there and will stay there again.

Disliked: The construction work made traffic a little hectic.
