Liked: The room was huge for a single King room! The fridge was huge ! (Shoulder height) the room even had a kitchenette with a sink and cupboards .It had a spare basin outside the bathroom incase someone was busy in the bathroom. The room was way better than what I expected and it will be the only place I’m staying at when I travel there again. Thank you Comfort Inn !!

Smelled terrible, property manager never...

Liked: For the most part the staff was very nice, but ultimately no one could help us with our issues.
Disliked: When we first got into our room it smelled really bad, like sweat that’s just been sitting. We tried to open up the room and air it out but nothing worked. The solution was to spray the room with something that made it even worse. Our first night we need to sleep with the window open and we were right next to a busy highway. We were offered to change the room the next day, checked out the room and noticed the same smell. The smell was throughout the entire facility. It went from sweat to throw-up, it was unbearable in some parts. We were instructed to reach out to the manager, who only could be reached by email. We did this on a Friday and as of Monday have heard nothing. By far our worst experience at a Comfort Inn and Suites.
