Bad

Liked: Staff was friendly that I could contact. Tried to contact the manager 4 times by phone. No return calls
Disliked: I booked this location for the pool and hot tub.Hot tub did not run. Toilet in the room ran all night.They were unable to fix it.

Liked: The King suite room was perfect. Pillows are great. Kitchenette was ideal.The best Comfort Inn Suites over stayed at, from Eugene to Seattle.

Will not book this hotel...

Liked: The bed is comfortable, the swimming pool is ok.
Disliked: The furniture is old, and looks cheap quality. I hear the sound of TV or phone clearly from the room that next to us,and during the middle of the night, their morning call alarm rang, it lasted for almost 1 hour, and we were not able to sleep well that night. The worst part is we hope we could have the breakfast in the morning, but they close at 9:00am, when we got there they told us it’s closed, how disappointing it was!
