5 stars all around. A great breakfast included. Absolutely delicious. Will return there when in Sanford again.
Liked: Friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable room and bed. Super close to downtown.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing worth mentioning.

Was a very nice stay…except...
Liked: The mattress was VERY uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain. The mattress was HARD with a thick mattress pad on top which did not help the problem. We enjoyed our overnight stay very much..the room was a nice size..loved the extra chairs…table AND desk …and best of all the cleanliness!

Disliked: We found a used condom in the drawer. I would like to discuss with someone regarding a refund as it was booked with you. I have a picture of it if someone needs to see it. My 4 year old granddaughter was with us. This is not acceptable

Great location but the breakfast...
Liked: The location is great. It is near Interstate 4 and numerous Restaurants, drug stores and the old Mall. There are good routes to Downtown Sanford and lake Monroe.
Disliked: The breakfast area is very small with limited space and limited food choices. The area is very crowded with too many people in such a small space. Breakfast is served until 0930. If the hotel could extend the time until 10:00 it might help. If you want a good breakfast go the Cracker Barrel next door or find another hotel.

Enjoyable stay and literally quite...
Liked: Needs hot tub. Bed was clean and comfortable. I liked the office chair at the desk because it was very comfortable to sit in while I did work on my laptop. Quiet and no disturbances.
